IF WE CANCEL A COURSE: If we cancel an individual module or elective due to low enrollment, registered participants will be given a full refund, or they can transfer their payment to another course held within one year of the cancellation date.
IF YOU WITHDRAW FROM A MODULE OR ELECTIVE: This program is a significant commitment. Not simply in terms of time or money; moving more deeply into one’s calling can provoke deep feelings. It’s not unusual to experience inner resistance or notice a scheduling conflict as the start of your program nears. We encourage you to examine obstacles that arrive in a way that looks under the surface. We believe that whatever stirs and arises may be an important part of the work of the Spirit in your life. Our cancellation policy is designed to both support your own process as well as our staff and facilitators as they prepare for your time together.
- If you withdraw 30 or more days prior to the start of a module or elective, you will receive a full refund or a credit towards another module or elective.
- If you withdraw less than 30 days before the start of an module or elective, you will receive a 75% refund.
- If you withdraw after the start of a module or elective, you will not receive a refund.
